If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and name and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item/s.
You may return new, undamaged unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if they are in the same condition as sent to you. We'll will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will NOT pay return costs for change of mind
You will receive your refund promptly after we receive the returned items in the same condition that we shipped them to you.
The Australian Consumer Law sets out consumer rights that are called consumer guarantees. These include your rights to a repair, replacement or refund as well as compensation for damages and loss and being able to cancel a faulty service https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees
Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders placed by 2pm week days in most cases will be posted to you the same day
We use Australia Post eparcel service for all our deliveries.
A tracking email will be sent to you from Australia Post
Please note the APPROXIMATE delivery times with Australia Post from Port Macquarie NSW to you.
**NSW, ACT, Vic & *QLD approximately 2-5 WORKING days.
**SA, NT, WA, Tas and *Far North QLD approximately 4-8 WORKING days.
**For some REMOTE Australian Country Locations it can sometimes take Australia Post up to 10 WORKING days to deliver the parcel
